Items ordered on MagazineMuseum.com usually ship within 2-3 days of receipt of the order by the publisher. Please be aware that shipping MIGHT take 2-3 weeks depending on the time of year, mail volume, etc. In the event of a shipping problem (package returned due to incorrect address, etc.) the publisher will contact you directly about the issue. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |
| How do I track my order? |

Right now, because many outside publishers use MagazineMuseum we do not offer order tracking. If you have a question about an order that you feel might be lost during transit please email us at cs@magazinemuseum.com or click on the "Send Us Feedback" link below. |
| My order never arrived. |

If you believe your order has been lost by the shipper during transit please click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to confirm that your has indeed been placed.
If the order was taken more than two weeks from today's date, please email us at cs@magazinemuseum.com or click on the "Send Us Feedback" link below. |

| When will my backorder arrive? |

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. |
